Notice about the meeting date
This is to inform you of the upcoming meeting concerning
the joint venture. It will be held on June 9,
starting at 2 PM, and will take place in meeting
room A on the 12th floor of our building.
We will be discussing the new product we are working on
with our business partner. I hope everyone will be able
to attend. If you will not be able to make it to the
meeting, please inform me by June 1. I’m looking
forward to seeing everyone there.
